Force Unites is our community-driven outreach initiative designed to bring together veterans, first responders, military families, families of wounded service members, and families of fallen heroes.

Youth Apprenticeship Program Equipping the Next Generation with Skilled Trades
Rise Above
The Rise Above Youth Apprenticeship Program provides low-income and disadvantaged youth with hands-on training in the roofing trade.
Designed as a structured, multi-phase program, Rise Above offers:
- Classroom-based foundational training
- On-the-job mentorship with experienced professionals
- OSHA safety certification and industry skill development
- Career readiness preparation and job placement support
Participants gain not only technical skills, but also confidence, discipline, and practical life skills that create pathways toward long-term employment and economic stability.
Force Cares Foundation partners with local contractors, workforce development organizations, and educational institutions to create sustainable career opportunities within the skilled trades.

Roofing Assistance
A stable home begins with a secure roof.
Our Roofing Assistance program provides free or low-cost roof repairs and full replacements to qualified Tennessee homeowners facing financial hardship.
We prioritize:
- Veterans and military families
- First responders
- Families experiencing financial hardship
Assistance is available for owner-occupied primary residences and is awarded based on documented need.
Every application is reviewed with care, and projects are completed by experienced professionals committed to restoring both structure and stability.
