Before You Apply
Force Cares Foundation provides roofing assistance for Tennessee homeowners facing genuine financial hardship.
To ensure we are serving those with the greatest need:
★ The home must be your owner-occupied primary residence
★ The roof must require repair or replacement
★ Applicants must provide documentation confirming financial need
★ Veteran applicants must provide documentation verifying service
You will be asked to upload your most recent federal tax return/proof of DD214 as part of the application process. This allows us to steward community resources responsibly and ensure assistance reaches families who truly need it.
All submitted documentation is handled privately and reviewed solely for application purposes.

What Happens Next
Once your application is submitted:
- Our team carefully reviews your request and documentation.
- If you do not qualify, you will receive an email notification.
- If you qualify, a member of our team will contact you by phone within 48 hours to discuss next steps and schedule a site visit if appropriate.
